Hi, I've had 42 and counting surgeries / injuries since 1990, only three were performance related! I'm a former professional international headliner as a dancer / aerialist and I have taught Pilates for 21 years. Growing up I experienced verbal, mental, physical and sexual abuse but I believe the human body, mind and spirit is amazing! I'm a host, actress, producer and published writer.
